In July 2026, Shenzhen Aojieni Silicone Technology Co. recalled the Sili Factory Pull String Teething Toys, a moderate toys recall reported by the CPSC.

Official remedy (Refund): Consumers should stop using the teething toy immediately, take it away from children and contact Aojieni Silicone to receive a full refund. Consumers will be asked to destroy the toy by cutting all silicone strings and writing in permanent marker "RECALLED" on the main body of the toy and send a photo of the destroyed toy to info@silifactory.com. Consumers should then dispose of the destroyed product.

Additionally, the packaging and product do not have the warnings required under Reese's Law.
